Private room in owner occupied condo 3 bedroom condo- in a three story building in the Bronzeville neighborhood. I have a private room available with a shared bathroom ( shared with another roommate), in unit w/dryer, heat, electric and internet included in the rent. 6 month lease required, background and credit check, and first and last month rent required (total of $1,7000)and due at lease signing. NO drugs ( of any kind, legal or illegal, pills, alcohol ( excessive drinking), weed etc. NO smoking allowed inside the unit or building. No burning of incense or sage. ( I can speak more about this over the phone if you are interested in the unit). NO parties- for security and safety purposes. The unit along with all rooms and common spaces are kept clean. There is a parking space in the back of the building- no additional fee.
Hello! currently I live in the unit with two other roommates, one room will be available on April 1, 2023 as one roommate is moving out due to graduation. Here is more information about myself and the other roommate: I’m a special education teacher assistant and realtor. I’m very nice and quiet. The roommate you’d share a bathroom with is nice and quiet as well and works for home. We keep the house PEACEFUL, no arguing, we are clean and you hardly notice we’re home. I’d prefer a someone who is busy, usually not home, quiet and MUST be clean! The condo is about 18-20 years old but in very good condition. I want someone who will understand the importance of homecare and will be a good fit for the other roommate. I greatly value PEACE, I don’t argue, fight etc. I enjoy knowing I’m coming home to a peaceful environment and so does the other roommate.
