I’m a working professional, I’m a christian, I keep the house clean and quiet. I’m looking for female roommates only 3-6 months. The unit is $ 800, there is no security deposit but I do require 1st and last month rent up front so a total of $1,600 is due upon lease signing. There will not be any negation’s made, 1st and last month must be paid. The rent is due on the 1st of each month in full. There is also a credit, criminal background, rental reference and employment check required. There is parking in the back the front of the building. The unit and the building are both smoke and alcohol free- NO EXCEPTIONS. I’d prefer to have someone in the unit similar to myself that does not smoke anything; free of ALL substances both legal and illegal, quiet, keeps to self, clean, does not have company in and out- peaceful person, MUST BE SUBSTANCE FREE NO EXCEPTIONS!!! please don’t contact if you are MALE, if you smoke weed, its not allowed.
