Greetings, I am looking for a roommate at my 1214 square feet 2bed/2bath unit in Sequoia commons (515 S midvale Blvd). The apartment includes in unit washer/dryer and a balcony! There is underground parking available and the building is conveniently located next to a library, gym, and pizza place. You would get the spacious big bathroom with a walk-in closet and would pay $1195 (although I am willing to negotiate). The common areas are fully furnished.The 12 month lease would start on 7/1/2023 but I am flexible if you do not need it until August.
A little about me, I am a lifelong Madisonian who graduated from UW in Geography and Environmental Studies and now I work in administration at the Department of Anesthesiology.
