Greetings, I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath unit at Sequoya Commons. The location is right next to a library, coffee shop, ice cream store, and restaurants. There is also easy access to a bike path and several bus stops! There is an in-unit washer/dryer, balcony, and a community room that is able to be reserved. Let me know if you have any questions for me! There is underground heated parking in the building for $75 a month. Move-in time is flexible but will be available starting in June. Also, I have a polite black cat named Weyoun who would be sharing the apartment.

I am fairly quiet, and keep the common areas tidy. But do like to have people over now and again, and like to run, play board games, and camp in my free time. I’m looking for a roommate who is a nonsmoker and is queer friendly.
