BRIGHT - SPACIOUS - SECURE - SERENE AND TRANQUIL. Private room on the first floor- this is a separate floor with separate entrance and your own bathroom. Comes with full private bathroom your own heater. Preferably for 1 person only we can work something out for a couple( Una persona o pareja) with stable job and good credit. Owner will be upstairs on premises.
No access to the kitchen, but you may have a mini fridge and microwave inside at your cost.
Utilities are included in the rent.
Included utilities are water, electricity, wifi, garbage. Street parking or permit parking onsite (when available). Se habla espanol !

About the roomies
We are a family of 5 we will be living upstairs floor. We mostly work and commute from the peninsula, kids activities in games. We treat our home with respect and also enjoy tranquility.
