We live in a quiet subdivision in nice area on dead end road. Safe and clean environment (kodak Tn) Within 20 mins. Of Knoxville, Dollywood, Jefferson City. It’s a one bedroom shared bathroom ( I say shared but you’re basically the only one using it)(right across hall) Has Tv bed and dresser in room. You furnish all your basic needs food toiletries ect. We are VERY clean people and take pride in our home. We laid back easy going, keep to ourselves. We have a saltwater pool in season time, for your use only. $800 a month with $400 non refundable for cleaning fee and $400 refundable THIS IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY No laundry on site.

We do have fur babies (2 small dogs)but we do not allow them in pool area or in pool house. We do have a one small child. We all work and are very quiet people, we don’t want no drama or someone who is in and out all hours of the night and day, we want someone who works, responsible and VERY clean. Has their own life. We all stay to ourselves and in own lane. (introverts)
