Good day, THIS IS IN SEVIERVILLE OFF BOYDS CREEK have brand new mobile home, looking for one more roommate. We live in a mobile home park, dead end very quiet. We are about 10 minutes from downtown Sevierville, Knoxville is about 20 minutes to downtown. I say shared bathroom but you basically the only one using it. The bedroom comes with bed, dresser, tv. You would need to provide your own bedding and necessities for your self. This is for one person only. $750 a month includes everything ( wifi, electricity, water, trash and lawn maintenance) $750 deposit but $375 is non refundable. $375 would be refundable when you depart. This is for one person only, you be the only one allowed in the home. We have security cameras for the outside.
Two roommates and one child. We do have fur babies (2 small dogs)so therefore no more animals. We all work and are very quiet people, we don’t want no drama or someone who is in and out all hours of the night and day, we want someone who works, responsible and very clean with their area and their self. We introverts pretty much, have our own lives. We all just trying make it in this economy.
This would be great for student or someone here working in the area needing a month to month lease.
