Looking to fill the second bedroom of my 3bed 2bath townhouse. I live in the master bedroom and use the third bedroom for an office. The second bedroom has its own private balcony and en suite bathroom. Includes an underground parking spot (gated). You strive to make your bed in the morning, are eager to contribute in our beautiful kitchen, and can help out with other the house chores like taking out trash, or doing the dishes, etc. I’m a 26 year old male and attended USC from 2015-2019. These days I work in the music business. I enjoy going to concerts/going out, but I also don’t mind a chill night at home. I’ve also been living with type 1 diabetes almost since birth. I treat my home as a creative zen spot. Cleanliness makes for beautiful aesthetic and solid vibes.
