The house has a newly renovated kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a cute little dining room, a laundry room and an upstairs multi-purpose room that will be shared. There is a beautiful backyard and also plenty of parking in the driveway. It is located in a quiet and safe community, 17 minutes away from Wilmington and 20 minutes away from the University of Delaware. All utilities are included gas, electric, water, and internet/wifi. I will be hiring a bi-weekly cleaning service, which will also be included.
Iām a young professional and student currently studying for the MCAT. I am currently looking for one to two roommates to share this beautiful home with. I like to think my self as neat and clean as well as easy to get along with!
