Three bedroom home with two bathrooms. The two rooms available share one full bathroom. The house has a newly renovated kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a cute little dining room, a laundry room and an upstairs multi-purpose room that will be shared. There is a beautiful backyard and also plenty of parking in the driveway. It is located in a quiet and safe community, 17 minutes away from Wilmington and 20 minutes away from the University of Delaware. All utilities are included gas, electric, water, and internet/wifi. I will be hiring a bi-weekly cleaning service, which will also be included.

I’m a young professional and student currently studying for the MCAT. I just bought this house at the beginning of February, so I’m still in the process of organizing and adding furniture (I should be done by the end of this month and I will update the photos if needed). I am currently looking for one to two female roommates that are either students or young professionals to share this beautiful house with. I like to think my self as neat and clean as well as easy to get along with!
