The apartment is a 5 minute walk to downtown Arvada with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, a brewery, and shopping. 5 minute drive to Walmart and other convenient stores. The room is also located right on a beautiful creek/walking trail that has a disc golf course, basketball hoop, and jungle gym. Sprouts, Natural Grocers, and other strip malls are less than 10 minutes away. Location is safe and convenient. The neighbors are friendly .

The room itself is about 12x12 feet, not including the space that is its own private shower with a bath, and a closet space with a sliding door and mirror. It is also a west facing room so you get some beautiful views during sunset.

There is a shared living room and kitchen. 420 and smoking friendly, outdoors only. Pets are welcome as long as they are potty trained.

There is onsite washer and dryer that is shared with the other tenants.

The other roommate is a chiropractor that does nervous system and posture care. He’s very chill and laid back, enjoys playing basketball, golf, and other bio-hacking activities.
