TV in bedroom, desk with a mirror and a chair plus a recliner. Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping inside or out or around the house. No DRUGS. Social drinking ok now and then, but no partying. I have a townhouse, it has a wonderful screen porch to enjoy your coffee or tea in the morning, or a glass of wine or cold beer in the evening. There is a 50 inch TV to watch while enjoying your beverage. There is a small pond in the back with a fountain which lights up in the evening. I feel my place is very warm and inviting. $900 per month which includes all utilities and TV/Internet with WIFI. Deposit is first month’s rent which is $900 which is refundable when you move out.
