Looking for a housemate to share my home who is neat, clean, responsible and employed. Want someone who is easy going and laid back. Treats others the way they want to be treated. No drama please! Prefer someone who has banker’s hours and does not work from home. Someone who is a little more mature and female as I am. I need someone who is neat and clean and wants their environment to be organized and inviting. I am sorry but no pets, I have a small dog a ten pound Shih Tzu, she is very quiet and loves people. Very nicely furnished bedroom and private bath. Includes all utilities and internet. TV in bedroom along with a chair to sit and put your shoes on etc. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out or around the house. No DRUGS. Social drinking ok now and then, but no partying. I have a townhouse, it has a wonderful screen porch to enjoy your coffee or tea in the morning. There is a small pond in the back with a fountain which lights up in the evening. I feel my place is very warm and inviting. $900 per month which includes all utilities and TV/Internet with WIFI. Deposit is first month’s rent which is $900 which is refundable when you move out. The room will be available March 1, 2023 possibly a couple days early if necessary. I prefer someone who is looking for long term but that is not carved in stone. Parking in the driveway. Very convenient location in East Cobb, very close to I-75 and the 120 Loop.
