I have a townhouse; it has a wonderful view to enjoy your coffee or tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. I feel my place is very warm, cozy, and inviting.

Has a great view of a small pond in the back with a large fountain which lights up in the evening. Backyard has also has a fountain, with a swing and hammock for you to relax.

You will have your own private space with a private entrance and private covered deck and has your own outdoor grill for your use. Has a ceiling fan.

The property has landscape lighting, so it is well lit in the evening. It is a very safe neighborhood. Parking in the driveway.

The space has a kitchen (full sized fridge, stove, and sink). Comfortable queen bed. Has a washer and dryer in the unit.

You will have two TVs one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom.

Walk-in shower.

Very convenient to 75 and the 120 loop, shopping etc., you could walk to the grocery store and Mazzy’s just one mile down the road.

Looking for a housemate who lives by the Golden Rule and treats others the way they want to be treated, honest, respectful, and has integrity. I want a positive person, no chronic complainers and goes with the flow who is easy going. Someone who is clean and neat and wants their space tidy. And of course, is employed and pays their rent on time. No drama please!

Prefer someone who has banker’s hours and does not work from home.

I am sorry but no pets. I have a 10 pound senior Shih Tzu who is very quiet and loves people.

This space is for one person only!

Absolutely NO SMOKING includes vaping inside or out or around the house. No DRUGS. Social drinking ok now and then, but no partying. This is a deal breaker!

Deposit is the same amount as first month’s rent which is $1500 which is refundable when you move out provided the space looks the way it did when you moved in. If necessary I can work with you on the deposit by splitting it up into increments. Thanks for looking at my ad.
