Two rooms in pool home with own bathroom. Rest of home is fully furnished. Some new appliances, upgrades being made throughout the home. Quiet community near multiple schools, community pool, tennis court, volleyball court, and grill area. Interested parties must tour in person and submit background check and proof of employment. No exceptions! Must be cat friendly, home has an 8-month old kitten.
