Private room with shared bath in pool home. The room is unfurnished. The common areas are fully furnished. House is being updated slowly and continuously throughout, but is nice as is. Room is painted dark grey right now but may be painted other colors (just prime when you leave). Bathroom has recently remodeled floors, fixtures, and fresh paint. House is located near several elementary schools and shopping areas in the Casselberry and Lake Mary areas, and just a few more miles from Sanford, Maitland, and Altamonte Springs. Non-smoking preferred. NO DRUGS OR LOUD PARTIES. Must provide proof of income in the form of 2 paystubs or 2 months bank statements. Background check required. Background check required.

I am a quiet, clean software engineer who stays home and engages in calm activities such as reading, drawing, or watching TV, with the occasional online game. I have a young cat and sweet dog. I get along with just about anyone who’s clean and respectful. Room is for rent as the previous roommate moved away.
