I am a straight divorced drama free man with Christian values. I am someone who totally respects one’s privacy. I enjoy a good margarita, love to cook and love entertaining good friends. Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, car port covered area, outdoor sitting area, BBQ pit (and smoker), full use of kitchen, dining and living areas. FYI: new roomie will be provided a nice small mini-fridge for your refrigerated food items. Why? With two others using the regular fridge, we have it filled between us.
I personally occupy the master bedroom which sets in front of the home with the living and dining area separating the two other bedrooms (great privacy layout). The room for rent is a large carpeted bedroom with French doors leading to an indoor-like patio area of its own with a ceiling fan and one moderate and one spacious size closet.
The entire house is furnished with antiques and artsy collectables, and is always kept tidy 24/7/365. So, I am looking for a person (male or female) to compliment and can appreciate keeping a very clean and tidy home. This means being conscientious in upkeeping your shared part with other individuals without being asked, consistently washing/drying & putting pots/pans, dishes, utensils away immediately after cooking with nothing left overnight. In short, if you’re not accustomed to tidiness, this wouldn’t be for you.
