The condo is located in one of the most convenient neighborhoods, right next to 16th and mission bart station. There are infinite good restaurants just a few blocks on Valencia st and mission area itself. Dolores park 15 minutes walk away. The building is secure and maintained by an HOA. The unit features high 18ft ceilings where I installed an aerial point for circus apparatuses. It’s only a one bedroom (occupied by me) but the main living area can be sectioned off and can even be split off with a giant curtain which can be arranged for more private space.
My cat, Snow, and I will be your only roommates. I’ve been running coliving communities since 2014. The first one was a 10 BR 2 story flat just a few blocks from where I live now, which was featured in WSJ as a legendary hacker house. I started my own coliving creative community in Las Vegas, that I go back to visit 1-2 times a month, from ‘20 - ‘22 and I recently moved back to SF for work. In my spare time I practice movement (breakdance, house, circus and flow) or create little vlogs (i’m an IG video creator). During the day I’m a software engineer.
