This is not your typical housing opportunity. We are a creative co-living home where artists, YouTubers, musicians, and content creators alike live together and support each other’s passions.

On a 10,000 sqft​【929 m²】 with spacious backyard + pool and grill, the home has 3,200 sqft​【297 m²】 of livable space with shared access to film equipment for content creation. The room is furnished with two queen mattresses, and a large U-shaped couch.
