Hello! Looking for 2 people to fill our rooms in our clean, quiet and safe house in Frederick/Longmont.

All amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soup, cleaning supplies and napkins are free as we restock all of them every month making your stay even more affordable!

The house:- -Awesome patio setup for late night fires with friends and tenants -Central AC and heating -Two full sized refrigerators (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and big freezer for everyone’s food -Kitchen includes everything you’d ever need in a kitchen -Washer and dryer in house -House clean from a maid every two weeks -Your own separate big cabinet in kitchen -Free unlimited WIFI -Plenty of storage in garages for extra stuff

The Area:-Very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood in Frederick (easy parking with many spots available!) -Only 10 miles away from walmart/ food places /target/ gas stations/gyms and many more places -less than 5 minutes away to get on I-25 -2 mile walk bike path around the neighborhood.

The Terms: -Lease is 1-12 months (flexible on the lease) -2 rooms are furnished -Must be able to pass a FBI level background and credit check -Security deposit of one month’s rent due to secure the spot. -One-person occupancy -Applicant must be non-smoker (cigarette) -No pets

Rent: $900 Flat $900 per month (includes all utilities, internet, monthly lawn care) One bathroom downstairs and one upstairs, two people will share a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Reach out if you’re interested!

We currently have one open room upstairs and one soon to be open room downstairs, on the 1st of May. The landlord lives in house, along with two other tenants, one upstairs and one downstairs. Everyone is kind and friendly, we like having cookouts with the grill and sharing baked goods!
