Michael's room

** I am a 45 y/o professional living in O’side and working daily in Mira Mesa. My roommate will be moving out at the end of February and I am looking to fill the second half of my first floor apartment. This a real lease no month to month. Potential renters will need to fill out application with Property company. Private bedroom private bath unfurnished. Rent is $1400/ month + utilities(typically less than $200 total) move in is 1 month deposit+ 1 month rent. Drug and alcohol free but you don’t have to be. We don’t have to become Besties but I do prefer that we aren’t hermits in our rooms either.

Easy going likes to stay busy with the gym, beach and activities with friends. I will be the only roommate.
