Hello everyone! My name is Michael, and I have been in San Diego for 2 years now. I am 45years. I am a full time project manager for a government contractor and take my work very seriously. I am hoping to repeat the success I had on here as I did my current roomate. I have a nice little place in Oceanside where the current lease expires Aug 1st 2024. I am open to extending my lease, teaming up and signing a 6-12 month lease in a new place, or renting a private room. I have 2 small children 7&9 who I would like to be able to come stay with me on holidays and such. Being a bit older I prefer chill vibes, but young enough to enjoy hobbies like scuba, beach volleyball and volunteering. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
