The apartment is located in Powell, in a quite & nice area, off-street parking. 2nd floor.
Mature working professional. I work more than full-time, so simply looking for a cohabitation type of situation, but wouldn’t mind having conversations/meals together if I’m at home not working (although that’s rare). I keep common area clean and expect roommate(s) to do the same. Can bring guests on occasion but not all the time. Need to be on a lease (apartment rule and not negotiable, about $250 application fee). No drug, no indoor smoking.
