Mature working professional. I work more than full-time, so simply looking for a cohabitation type of situation, but wouldn’t mind having conversations/meals together if I’m at home not working (although that’s rare). I keep common area clean and expect roommate(s) to do the same. Can bring guests on occasion but not all the time.
