The apartment is located in Powell/Dublin, in a quite & nice area, off-street parking. 2nd floor. The room is partially furnished. You must go through background check ($40). Background check cost will be subtracted from the first month rent if you decide to take the room.

I’m working professional, looking for a roommate. I work extended hours and keep to myself. Simply looking for someone to team-up to share accommodation burden. The rent $600 includes water and wi-fi but not electricity. You are responsible for 1/2 electricity and $600. So, you are looking at around $650-700 monthly. No discount as I am not looking for someone I need to support financially. I am looking for a fully independent roommate who can comfortably take part of their rent and bills. Late rent payment fee ($5/day) and additional service cost ($25-50) applies for a roommate who do not keep common space (bathroom, kitchen etc) clean. Need to be on a lease. NO DRUG, NO INDOOR SMOKING. I’m very sensitive to smoke due to asthma. If found, you will be asked to leave within a week and no remaining rent/deposit will be returned.
