I’m about secure a place in the South Coast Metro area in February 28th. 10 mins from UC Irvine. I am looking for 1 roommate to help split the monthly bills with us. There is a 2 car garage and street parking in front of the home. The home is 2 stories with a backyard. There are 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. I plan on getting a electric motorcycle soon, so I don’t plan on using the garage as much in the future. I plan on adding more pictures as the date comes closer!
I also plan on renovating the place such as adding an alcohol bar, adding an extra bathroom, expanding to a 3 car garage, adding a jacuzzi in the backyard, a dog washing station, an earthquake proof closet, a mini green house farm, and changing the floors. Of course, progress depends on how fast Orange Country can process the building permits.
There is a spa and a pool within the HOA. Any dog breeds are allowed and welcomed! There is a really big park 5 minutes away!
Looking for someone clean, responsible, and pretty laid back. Also, must be dog friendly!
