About the room
Looking to fill vacancy starting July 1st 2026.
We are located in Acacia Park, Pearl City. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We are looking to see if anyone is interested in renting a private room.
Sams Club, Sams Club Gas Station, 24 Hour fitness, a movie theatre, TJ Max, Ross, Walmart, etc are all within a 5 minute walk.
If you have military base access, there is a MCX and gas station near the complex. Tax free gas!
We have a lanai that has a great sunset view. There is a park/bbq grills at the bottom and a self service car wash on the premises. We don’t have a pool but beaches are a no more than 20 minutes away :)
In terms of parking, we have 1 guaranteed stall, plenty of street parking, and if you have base access you are able to park your car behind the MCX. We are on the waitlist for another reserved parking space.
Feel free to bring family and friends over. There are designated visitor parking lots very close to the condo. Just please be mindful of other tenants when you have too much fun!
The room comes unfurnished. A/C will be installed.
If you want a roommate to split the rent with you that is fine with me as long as they are okay with the parking situation.
Most utilities are included in the rent except electricity and internet.
About the roomies
I am currently on government orders in a different state and will not return for a long time (3-5) years.
Looking for someone that’s is dog friendly. If you like to drink that’s a plus. We plan on building a mini bar in the living room.
Looking for people that are easy to get along with, clean up after themselves, and likes to have a good time. We don’t discriminate haha
