All utilities included in a Beautiful home set in section one of Aquia Harbour.

The Room is over 12x12, connected to the bathroom with walk-in closet and a view of the backyard. One of the nicest rooms in the house and very comfortable in size.

Large backyard with firepit and screened in porch in the back, three bathrooms available so you can always find privacy, claw tub in basement area bathroom as well if you choose to use it. Access to kitchen with own spot in pantry and space for some extra furniture if you have it.

Home is less than five minutes from major shopping and restaurants, the community will give you lake access as well as multiple parks to choose from, fishing spots and walking trails, there are horse stables, a dog park and a community pool as well.

You are welcome throughout the house, aside from private rooms, storage room and craft room. I have a home studio set up in the front room that I do fairy hair out of and have clients come by once in a while, normally only on Mondays so i ask when people are there, just be mindful and quiet while they are over.

I am a professional entertainer, I do fairy hair and craft for a living, traveling around doing event work at different venues and festivals, certain markets and stores around the area. I like to craft and cook once in a while, a bit of a nerd and dabble in a little of everything. Love a good fire, camping and fishing but also love to read, watch documentaries, anime and everything in between.
