Looking for clean and respectful female roommate (no couples) to occupy large room on the second floor of a cute brick row home in Chelsea, MA. The roommate will share bathroom with another female roommate. The room can come with a full-size bed and night table for $100 extra/ month. The washer and dryer, living room, and kitchen will be shared with three other female roommates. No pets or smoking please, there are two kitties in the home. Looking for someone who is pet-friendly and likes cats! The room will be available 03/01 if it’s a good fit! My preference is a lease term of 03/01 through 08/31 with the option to renew or one year lease. Utilities are included: electricity, gas, water, and wifi.

The house is a 6 min walk to the Silver Line, 2 min walk to 111 bus (20 min to downtown Boston), and 12 min from Logan Airport.

I am a young, and clean female professional, who works from home in academia. I am friendly and respectful. I have two lovely kitties! I am looking for two female roommates who are easy going, and clean.
