Looking for clean and respectful female roommate (no couples) to occupy large room with private bathroom and private entry in fully finished basement located in Chelsea, MA. The room comes fully furnished with full size bed, ottoman with storage, night table, desk, dresser and wardrobe. The room comes with its own mini fridge. The washer and dryer, living room, and kitchen will be shared with three other female roommates. No pets or smoking please, there are two kitties in the home. The room will be available 07/16 onwards. Utilities are included: electricity, water, wifi, and gas.

The house is a 6 min walk to the Silver Line, 2 min walk to 111 bus (20 min to downtown Boston), and 12 min from Logan Airport.

I am a young, and clean female professional, who works from home in academia. I am friendly and respectful. I have two lovely kitties!
