One hundred year old house, 2 story, with updated basement at grade level for easy bicycle storage. Room is furnished double bed, bookcases, desk, chest of drawers. Great natural light with south and west facing windows. Garden has a tables, chairs, bbq. There is a washer /dryer in the basement (ground level) and bicycles can wheel right in, Dishwasher in the Kitchen, There are two full Baths in the house and all bedrooms are nicely laid out. Once a month house cleaning is great! Common rooms are nice, pretty large, piano in living room. Dining room has long table.. We sometimes share meals, like conversation, but are pretty busy and independent overall. Nice rhythm of solo and shared time. Supportive setting for the serious student. Rooming usually with Graduate students (3), a designer who owns the house and is semi retired (me!) . Help with the garden 2-3 times a yr. We make a work party of it and lunch is served! I am happy to set up a Zoom tour or in person tour.
