One year lease firm commitment beginning Aug 1, 2026to July 31,2027. 20 -25 min walk to campus, Room has queen bed, desk, mirror, nightstands, built-in shelving; it is on the ground (grade level) floor of a 100 yr old Victorian that was picked up and moved in the 90’s so grade level is relatively new construction such as utilities large water heater, etc The house is set back off the street in a quiet garden setting. The Common rooms are nice and welcome to use.. Large dining room table, piano in living room, kitchen well equipped .. Easy inside bike storage at grade level, just wheel in; washer, dryer, (same level as bedroom), wifi.There are two whole bathrooms in the house. We share some meals otherwise busy schedules, good conversation, share ongoing household chores, gardening 2 or 3 times in the year unless you love to garden as I do then please chime in! Rooming with Grad students, and semi retired landscape designer (me). Altogether we would be a household of five. Am happy to set up an initial zoom house tour. Looking forward to hearing from you. We are starting a new household, please join us ! Rooming with 2nd yr Grad student in Mathematics and me, a retired landscape designer and life learner who owns the house and lives as fellow housemate. There is no maximum length of stay the lease is one full yr commitment and can be renewed.
