quiet apartment building with 6 units, this unit is on the second floor. Room is just under 12x12, gets good sunlight on nice days, has its own closet, and the apartment has central air. Fully furnished shared living room, bathroom with shower and tub, and small dining room area with great light as well. Kitchen is decently sized with full range and microwave. Laundry machines in the basement are coin operated. I have a roomba so vaccuming is a breeze :) Utilities not included are gas, internet and electric, which vary season to season, but rarely go over $200 total. Neighborhood is super lovely and great for walking when it’s nice out.

I’m 33 years old, and pretty introverted. I usually work 3/4 days a week and on off days during the week I go to the gym, so I won’t be ever-present and tend to mind my business, though I am friendly. Definitely LGBTQ+ friendly and even preferred if possible. Quiet, chill, long term roommate preferred. I try to be decently clean and tidy and looking for the same in shared spaces. I have two cats that are super sweet and vocal- the lease limit is two pets, so unfortunately I can’t accommodate any more. I do travel for work sometimes and have a friend that comes to take care of the cats when I do. I’m rarely gone for over a week and a half. I value my privacy as well as my things being treated with respect and care. I don’t drink, and very rarely stay out late if at all. Building has “quiet hours” from 11pm-7am. I’m not huge on strangers or frequent guests, but I’m open to communicating about that more once we get to know each other a bit.
