This Logan Square apartment is a 2 bed / 2 bath so you would get your own private bedroom and private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and all utilities (gas, electric, wifi) are all included. The building is fairly quiet and there is no shared wall with the next door neighbors on the same floor. The building is right around the corner from Palmer Square which is a wonderful park, and the neighborhood is safe and has tons of cool restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. The blue line CTA runs close to the building and takes you directly to downtown Chicago! The 606 is also a quick bike ride away.

I am a woman in her early 30s with a hybrid work schedule. I have a friendly, well trained dog who stays with my family when I’m at the office or traveling. I usually like to read or watch Netflix to decompress but also like to host occasional dinner parties that I’d love to invite new people to :)
