Apartment is located 2-3 minutes drive from downtown Alpharetta, filled with restaurants, shops, library, and shops. Two minutes away is Will´s Park (for dogs) as well as a nature trail. Apartment complex includes pool, gym, buisness center, dog park, gated comunity, Amazon hub locker, and security. Apartment includes your own private room and bathroom with shared kitchen and living room with a patio & hamock outside. Washing machine and dryer included, furnished living room, appliances and silverware in kitchen. Room you will be renting is non furnished. You would be sharing an apartment not just a room with the roommate. Looking to sublease. Contract ends in October, you can renew or leave after October

Roommate is very calm, chill, organized, and works every day and comes home at night. There is one cat in the apartment that stays to himself.
