The rent for the bedrooms are $850/months which includes all utilities as well as internet wifi. The rooms are available now so Iām looking to rent them asap, first come first serve. No private bath, bathroom is shared. They are one on each level so two peoples will be sharing one bathroom technically.
They are no deposit required. You will only need your first month rent to move in.
