What I’m looking for?
I’m looking for someone nice, clean and who doesn’t drink, party or smoke in the house (you can do whatever you want outside. do not judge at all). No couples or kids
Pets: No dogs/cats or any pets allowed.
Income: You will need to have a decent job and be able to pay your rent on time.
Location: Aurora by Illif and Peoria. Townhome is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
Rent: 850/month.
They is a two car garage available for first come first serve. One space is going to be available at the end of the month. If you want to rent a space in the garage, that will be an additional $50/month.
Lease preference: 1 year lease.
Room condition: The room is furnished with a bed and fridge.
Utilities: all included with Internet.
Bathroom: shared with others.
Smoking/drinking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere in the house or in the bedroom. Drinking to the point where you can’t control your liquor and it becomes an issue for others will not be tolerate.

It is a 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house, all bedrooms will be occupied by single males working guys. House is Pretty quiet with nice neighborhood.
