Looking for just one (1) person for an empty room in centrally located spacious Aurora home. All utilities and wi-fi included in the rent. Privately owned and operated by myself. Four other working professionals reside here and have their own leases. This is the main bedroom of the house and has a private bathroom. Also includes a space in the garage. My screening process begins with several basic questions via messenger, a background check at no cost to you and potentially a previous landlord reference. I ask for security deposit of $915 which is fully refundable along with 1st month’s rent (prorated) upon move in. I can’t break this up into payments. I offer a flexible month-to-month lease (stay as long as you want) but I generally want someone to stay at least three months. I have no application fee and don’t check credit. I can’t allow pets and can’t accept graveyard shift workers. Available now!!
