Rent is 867/month without utilities. The only utilities you’d have to pay would be electricity and wifi.

Your roommates will be two very laid-back professionals in the Doylestown area. One is a Penn State grad, while the other is a Steven’s Institute grad who have been working for close to 3 years. They like to keep the place clean and will respect your privacy as needed. In their free time, they love playing board/video games, any outdoor activities, and trying out new food in the area.
