Hello, we’re looking for someone to fill in a vacancy for a 3b2b townhome ASAP! NO SECURITY DEPOSIT

You’ll be in one of the rooms upstairs next to the living room/kitchen area and sharing the bathroom with one of our roommates. The room itself will be unfurnished. Everything else will be furnished, which includes the dining tables/chairs, couch, and TV stand. However, you are more than welcome to bring in stuff for the living room as long as everyone is in agreement. (All photos can be referenced above). There is an in-house washer/dryer that you can use at any time. In addition, there’s a garage that will fit 2 cars which will be enough for an extra car if you drive (one roommate doesn’t have a car).

The kitchen area has all the amenities, which include an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. There are plenty of storage spaces, so finding enough room for your stuff should not be a worry.

We’re located at the cross-section of S. Kyrene and Baseline Rd in a safe and gated community. Very convenient location to commute to grocery stores, restaurants/bars, etc., and around a 10 min commute to ASU.

You’ll be living with a male (24) and a female (22). The male works as a software engineer in the Scottsdale area while the female works in retail/nanny. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with the female and will have to be comfortable with living with her dog (she usually warms up to people after a few days and is absolutely adorable). We both like to keep things clean at the house and respect each other’s boundaries. If this sounds like something you’ll be interested in feel free to reach out!
