Quiet Room (furnished/or unfurnished), shared bathroom (dual sink) with own cabinet areas, so theres plenty of space. Bathroom is shared with 2 other individuals (long term residents) - stays clean with professional housekeeping twice a month. Large spacious kitchen and in unit laundry. A professional housekeeper comes twice a month for a deep clean entire home.
Availability starting in April when renter moves out. Does not include utilities. Utilities will be split evenly by all the roommates on a monthly basis.
Garbage, internet, monthly housekeeping, and exterminator will be included.

There will be 4 roommates in total, you will be the 4th. 1 male roommate, 2 female roommates.Male rommate is (32yo) a Starbucks manager who works mostly evening enjoys sports and cookings, 1st female rommate is mid 40’s runs a medical office, and the third is in her mid 60’s semi-retired. Everyone gets along and is super respectful of eachtoher. Looking to add final long term roommate to the house in April.
