As much as we love animals, our house is not suitable for any furry friends. This is a pet free, kid free and smoke free house.

Brand new build, 2,300 sqft 5 bedroom, 3 full bath property. The Room we would be renting is on the main floor with the rest of the living space. There is main bath right next to the room. This can be furnished or unfurnished. It currently has a queen size bed and bedframe along with a nightstand and TV.

We highly prioritize cleanliness and creating a quiet and relaxing space. We are very laid back and chill to talk to. We are willing to help troubleshoot problems, very quick to fix any maintenance issues in the house. Everyone will have a space and storage to themselves so it does not feel like you are living with others.

My girlfriend and I recenly bought a new build house in Redmond in a nice quiet neighborhood. I grew up on the Oregon coast, and she is originally from Utah. We both enjoy spending our time out-doors; hiking, paddle boarding, and exploring nature. We are early birds and work from home full time so the majority of the time we are at the house. We prioritize cleanliness and organization especially since our house is brand new. Our house is a non-smoking, drug free home, both inside and outside on the property.
