Charming house off of Camino Carlos Rey, 4 bedroom x 3 bath. The room we are looking to rent is the third biggest room in the house, and the bathroom will be shared with the fourth roommate. House includes a very cute little sun/greenhouse room, large backyard, hitchen with gas range, lovely little wood burning stove n the dining room, and is overall just an incredibly cute and charming house! we look forward to hearing from you!

We are two young women, and one young male, with three dogs, we are about to move into this house on the 25th of January. We all have full-time jobs and enjoy each other’s company, and have family dinners together, and enjoy the little family of our own that we’ve created! We unfortunately have any more pets, sorry! Deposit includes a fair share of our prorated first month with will be due as soon as possible, as well as your fair share of the last month and security deposit, both of which are equal to the price of your room.
