About the room

House: Sits on a quiet hill with views of downtown and SD bay from both inside and outside of house. Large backyard garden with planter, patio furniture, a firepit, BBQ and backyard games. Well lit street parking available in front of house. By car: 15 min to downtown, 20 min to border, 15 to SDSU.

Guest Room: hardwood floor, closet + storage cabinets above closet, lot of natural light, bathroom is separate from room but not shared with anyone

Room currently has a bed and a dresser but can store those items if you have your own furniture.

Rent includes all utilities + cleaning of shared spaces of the house twice a month.

About the roomies

I live on the second floor of the house but am gone a lot, especially during the week. I have a dog named Tuna who is very friendly.

The other roommate lives in the master bedroom. She is very easy going and respectful.
