House: Sits on a quiet hill with views of downtown and SD bay from both inside and outside of house. Relatively new appliances in kitchen as well as washer and dryer in garage. Plenty of street parking and the space in front of house is lit by a street lamp. By car: 10 min to downtown, 20 min to border, 15 to SDSU.

Large backyard garden with patio furniture, a firepit, BBQ and backyard games.

Master Bedroom: carpeted, lot of natural light, two mirrored closets, large private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, two sinks, and big shower. Room has private door to backyard garden. Master Bedroom includes an office that could be used as a guest room when you have a visitor.

I live on the second floor of the house and work from home most days. I also travel a lot for work and fun. I am pretty clean and very chill.

Other roommate also works from home, is easy going and in her room most of the time.

I have a very friendly dog named Tuna who follows me around constantly.
