About the room
The room available for rent is located upstairs, and all utilities/high-speed internet are included in the rent. The room is pre-furnished and has a shared bathroom. On the main level, there is a full kitchen which is accessible to tenants.
The home is in a very central location–it is about a 25 minute drive to Boulder and a 30 minute drive to Denver, and there’s easy access to the mountains. There’s also a new King Soopers that’s about 4 minutes away from the property.
For those who are more outdoorsy, Standley Lake is within walking distance and features many bike/hiking trails, and there are, of course, many things to see and do within the Front Range itself.
About the roomies
The homeowner, who lives on the main floor, is a female in her mid-50’s. She is very easy-going and enjoys facilitating a comfortable/welcoming environment in the home.
The other two tenants live down in the basement rooms of the home. They are both friendly and professional, and each have rented at the location for over 2 years.
Overall, we are very relaxed people who expect a reasonable level of courtesy when it comes to cleanliness and noise level. It is a perfect setting for responsible workers, young professionals, graduate students, and outdoorsy types. We hope that whoever joins us in the space will enjoy their time here and will feel like great addition to the home.
