It’s a small loft bedroom with a twin bed, TV, and dvd/Blu ray player. We have additional storage in the loft of the garage. We are on 27 acres situated far back from the road. Plenty of outdoor space for activities. Laundry facilities on the premises. The loft is accessible by a wrought iron spiral staircase. The house is a converted hunting cabin finished throughout with beautiful pine boards and beams. It is a small room, but we are looking for a roommate who will interact with the household and share in the common areas.
I am a 43 year old chef, and I own the property. I have a friendly 9 year old Australian cattle dog. I am a smoker, but have always tried to be respectful about it. I also have a 28 year old roommate already in the house. He works in a nearby factory, and has a gf who spends many nights at the house. We are looking for someone that we will both vibe well with, who will share in the responsibilities and chores of the household, as well as joining us for “family” dinner and game nights.
