Mark's room

27 quiet and secluded acres in Webster, nh. Approximately 20 minutes north of Concord and a half hour south of Tilton. Plenty of outdoor spaces (fire pit, movie screen, deck with daybed, hammock, walking trails) plus multiple outbuildings for storage. Nearby hiking, swimming, and kayaking/canoeing opportunities. There is also a loft available for use. Good for a small office space, additional storage, craft area, or joint custody kids room. (I don’t mind if you have children, and if they stay with you part time. I just don’t have room for a full-time child in the house. I’ve had one here, and it didn’t work well.)

I, a 44 year old single male, live alone with my 11 year old, high energy cattle dog. I work in the restaurant industry and am an amazing chef. Shared cooking will be a thing if we are both home during dinner time. I keep odd hours (I work 2-10:30pm typically) but am extremely quiet and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house.
