SOUTH OCEANSIDE/CARLSBAD BEACH AREA - One unfurnished room with shared bathroom. Room is good size 10’x12’. There is a closet organizer which has shelves for extra storage . The room is unfurnished but, I do have a newer queen size bed if you need.
Walking or biking distance to Cassidy Street Beach, shops, and restaurants. Also close enough to ride your bike or walk down to Carlsbad Village.
House is in a gated community. You would have a remote for access. Street parking in front of house.
The house has been remodeled. Everything is clean and new feeling. Super private-no windows to the neighbors.
Rent includes full access to kitchen which includes the use of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc., dining room, all outside areas and atrium. There is a washer and dryer on site. There are a few shelves available in the garage if you have some things you need to store. Utilities are included.
Quick access to both the 5 & the 78 freeways for easy commute or easy access to Palomar, San Marcos and Mira Costa Colleges. Quiet professionals or students. Non smokers only. I Don’t mind if you ingest THC but please don’t smoke it on the property or outside the house or in the neighborhood inside the gates. There a cat who lives here- just fyi.
There are 2 other women you would share with. We both work most of the time Monday through Friday.
