Room is large ; 12’ x 14’ with a separate door to the shared bathroom which is right off the room so that you don’t have to go out into the hallway. There is a closet organizer which has shelves and drawers. The room is unfurnished. Walking or biking distance to Cassidy Street Beach, shops, and restaurants. Also close enough to ride your bike or walk down to Carlsbad Village. House is in a gated community. You would have a remote for access. Parking in the driveway or in front of house. The house has been remodeled. Everything is clean and new feeling. Super private-no windows to the neighbors. Rent includes full access to fully stocked kitchen, dining room, all outside areas, atrium and all utilities. There is a washer and dryer on site. Quick access to both the 5 & the 78 freeways for easy commute or easy access to Palomar, San Marcos and Mira Costa Colleges. Quiet professionals or students. Nom smokers only please. There is a cats who live here- just fyi.

You would share the house with 2 other women. I am a yoga teacher/Nanny (Ann) and one other roomie who is 28 and works as a Behavioral Therapist (Susan) A total of 3 of us in the 3 bedroom 2 bath house. You would share the bathroom with Susan. We are super clean and considerate. We tend to socialize when in the common areas together, but respect each other when we need space to work or just don’t feel like chatting. When we can, we might take walks or hang out as friends. That is not an expectation of the new roommate. We just really like each other but hopefully we will find someone else who is just as awesome as we are. ☺️ We are a female only house.
