Our screening process includes a complimentary background check, along with the possibility of contacting a previous landlord for a reference. To secure your place, we require a $800 security deposit and the first month’s rent, prorated to match your move-in date. While we do offer a flexible month-to-month lease, we do prefer a minimum stay of three months for continuity and stability. No need to worry about application fees or credit checks. However, please note that pets are not allowed, and we cannot accommodate graveyard shift workers. This room is available immediately, but it won’t stay on the market for long nor can it be held.
