Highridge Avenue

I have a bi-level home with a finished basement. I am renting out the basement area which includes a living area, small bedroom, and half bathroom. All bills included in the rent (water, heat, internet). I have a couch and some furniture available for use. There is also a washer/dryer in the house.

I work full-time as a legal assistant. I enjoy the occasional company and often go out with my friends on the weekends. I have two dogs and a cat.
